"Who are all these 'yes' voters?" everyone was asking after the CBA was voted on. When you steamroll people with an opinion, they aren't going to tell you what they really think. I voted yes because I wanted two years off (from which I would probably have never returned).
You voted yes because of one provision that 1) had a low chance of ever actually materializing 2) was at the discretion of the company for how many were actually offered depending on B/E/S 3) could be ended with 45 days notice when they recalled you and 4) this was being voted on as vaccinations were coming out and the recovery was already beginning, further making 1-3 more relevant and unlikely to work out in your favor? Seems smart.
