Dallas is telling AQP’ers upgrades will resume in September, EXTO’s all recalled in Aug and/or September and new hires by the end of the year.
I thought the union said that they would have to upgrade at same pace as recall so how can all be recalled in aug/Sept and upgrade in Sept? And hire thereafter when it takes months to upgrade anyone.
