I'm an eagle FO, its a decent QOL but I would definitely want to move on. After a few years of sitting in the right seat of an RJ where can you really go from there? No PIC turbine time. Start over at another regional in hopes of quicker upgrade? I am open to suggestions! The flowthrough here is a joke and if any eagle FO thinks they will ever flow through to AA then they are smoking crack.
