TYS is the most difficult of these to hold from the recent vacancies of recalled pilots (with BNA not far behind)- at least according to my casual observation, but truth is we won’t know until the recent June vacancy closes. LAS, ABE, DSM, GRR, IND and possibly even AUS (tbd) will be the easiest for new hires to hold on the junior end of the FO side. IWA and almost everywhere in Florida will be very difficult, but possible depending on how things shake out with the future vacancies and upgrades.

unlike some other airlines which release a small number of very large Vacancies with move and training dates well into the future, Allegiant takes a much more near sided approach, sometimes holding monthly vacancies- so it’s hard to forecast where things will be 6 months in the future, which is when someone interviewing today will be finishing training.

Another note, if you’re gunning for a base that is strongly geared towards summer flying (eg SAV, VPS, lesser extent LAX) they may not create or backfill any vacancies in those bases until next Spring. Commuting at this airline is hell.
