Logistical question about bidding AEs, how does the % qualifier deal with unbid positions?
EG on the April AE: NYC7ER had 188 unbid positions after the award was processed. If all those positions were filled by new hires the category will have about 400 pilots total. if someone at the bottom of the list had bid NYC7ER at 70% or less would they have gotten it(~220 out of 400)? Or would the computer only see current pilots and passed them (220 out of 220)
