Pretty sure they just fill the new hires in the bottom where needed. Upgrades are the only bids that will allow movement, in theory. Someone posted on another thread where the new hires had options of going. MCO-10, TPA-8, MIA-8, PHL-8. So looks to me like you could have got out of Florida…and gone to PHL
