I’m not advocating for them to be kicked out. I was simply trying to show how it could happen in their specific instance as a non-member of the four parties that are cooperatives of KCM, and also not solely because of this one incident.

DAL is probably the only entity who could pull the plug on their FA's participation... AFA cannot, and TSA certainly cannot deny them based on being non-union.
I didn’t say they would be denied because they are non-union. And I didn’t say the AFA can do it. The AFA is an advocate for their members and no one else. Since they are no AFA or part of any union, they don’t have an advocate to make their case to the TSA. Please fo back and reread what I wrote.

This is an excellent point. DAL would definitely intervene on behalf of their FAs as a whole.
