Maybe so with Delta, only at one or two remote locations served by a 200, not at a major hub .
Dulles has 40-50 rj 200s and 145s Parked there at any given time,all with outside boarding .
Elderly passengers waiting in the rain , bags getting soaked , bit by bugs , all after you just got off a a 2-3 hour ride on that 200 with poor ac no wi fi and being extremely cramped
Great way to treat passengers.
