We’re averaging more than that leaving every month. To be honest... I know there is a lot of talk of the flow increasing but looking at current attrition without the 10 /month flow and not even factoring in hiring kicking into full swing and attrition really spiking yet... I’m not seeing how they’ll be able to keep up.
