Any idea what was the main driver in the rejection for the pilots at the in person interview? Maybe the simulator eval or more the service side?
Some people get shot down in the HR portion, some in the sim evaluation and others by the way they dress and carry themselves throughout the day. It would be wise to understand that you are interviewing for a luxury brand, dress like it, be confident yet not cocky, know how to read the room and understand what to say and what not to say, when to speak and when to listen and do your best to fly the sim smoothly while having good ADM and promoting a positive CRM environment.
