I left Endeavor. I left the day of my LCA interview.
Considered for a moment staying as a LCA, and hoping for FedEx, but I had a bird in hand and made the best aviation decision I ever made.
I would never be happy at Delta.
I enjoy going to work at JetBlue. I don’t have apps updated anywhere.
Some people thought I was stupid. What do I care? I’m happy. I love my layovers. I love the people I fly with.
Love flying Mint. I’m on year three, I’ll make $160k this year total compensation. I’ll average way more days off then 9E. I know I have a career here.
Are there problems? Yup. Lack of seniority progression being the biggest. But of all the legacies, Delta is the worst there anyway. Delta hired over 5000 pilots since 2010. Most of them in their late 20’s and early 30’s.
Make your decision and live with it.
