Amazing that they see no need to even explain themselves or make excuses for network. Instead, they send out memos stating they are going to take more; unilateral self help, daring us to grieve it.

Then ... want us to greet, smile, make up excuses for ground operations falling apart, ... the virtuous circle begins with complying with our contract; just like we do when we got up at 0400 to be squeezed into a double, or tripled up, crew van to pass on meals because we can't get through a line at the airport. When we are briefing the CDL & MEL items after running across the airport to swap airplanes.

IMHO we should be picketing. Like to ask the Managing Director – Consumer Insight, and the Manager – Insight Integration to imagine our customers having to push through informational picketing over the repeated, careless, breaches of our agreement.
