This is part of the benefit of flow. It makes it more enticing for pilots to wait it out rather than bail for an LCC. LCCs require our regionals to develop their pilots. It would be a tactical move to make it harder for them to grab those guys. Each legacy grabbing 10 pilots a month from LCCs would drastically limit them, while being a drop in the bucket for legacies doing 150-200 a month in hiring.
