I think if anything, it'll just open some spots on other fleets to reduce the strain on the 7ER training pipeline. They still need those seats filled, it'll just allow them to spread out the spots as hiring ramps up. NYC in particular is hilariously understaffed. There's something like ~200 open spots on the 7ER there. The other 3 bases are all imbalanced for now with more Captains than FOs, so they'll need those spots filled too.
