My point was that if he torpedoes his job at JetBlue waiting for flow to his #1, then that falls through, sure he’s now missed his opportunity to go to JetBlue for something that never materialized, but there are still plenty of other options who will also be hiring. There is something to be said for a bird in the hand. But the ol’ two in the bush aren’t that far off in his case, and it seems like there are and will be lots of other “birds in the bush” besides delta flow out there soon as backup if both JetBlue and the flow don’t work out.
