Only you can answer that question since no one knows your QoL. Starting at the bottom at United at the moment is a pretty short "at the bottom" trip. But that could change tomorrow and you'd be stuck at the bottom for a decade. As a WB FO, you'd be in that payband within 3 years, but there's a QoL tradeoff there being on reserve.
