To be fair, it makes total sense to keep people in the pool (Aviate) and utilize them slowly and hire as much OTS as you can. Keeping competition from getting OTS while maintaining a healthy pool of applicants in the Aviate program who remain cautiously optimistic. I hope i'm wrong though
That’s a good point. I didn’t take my thought process to if current OTS are being hired from non-exclusive carriers. You make very good points. I’m just excited to hear from more and more sources that all qualified aviate candidates will be in class by end of year.
