Why do you think Atlanta has 4 Reps? Rhetorical question by the way. As you know there are two ways votes at the MEC can occur, one of which gives the Atlanta Reps an extraordinary amount of power because of its large size. I’m not saying it’s used very often at all, but it does give them an undue amount of influence. To not realize this is being naive.
