I asked for the 15/13 and finally got it: I would never go back to 8/6. While everyone is supposed to be on the 15/13 at least through IOE, the guy that I am flying with was put on 8/6, so he did 2 IOE rotations instead of just one long one. They just informed him that he can have the 15/13, so he is elated and will be easy to deal with on his last day tomorrow, LOL.
Yeah i hear mixed reviews about both. On one hand, you have a load of time off, on the other, you're away 15 days.
If I can get the schedule i want, thats a huge retention piece....cough cough, is management looking? cough cough....Really excited to get started just alot of questions unanswered with the FAQs on the website.
