If by “Standards” you mean the requirements to transition to United in the Aviate program, here they are:
-Meet the hours and years required flying for a United Express carrier and continue flying for that carrier until receiving a class date.
-Have a college degree (strongly preferred - basically required).
-Meet United’s requirement for acceptability in reference to Training Records, Attendance Records, and Discipline Records
Have a successful interview just like every other candidate that interviews at United. It is the SAME interview, the same minimum qualifications, the same everything.
So, in terms of someone who is already at a regional carrier, not the ab initio version of Aviate, what is the point?
