IAD is the primary base. You'll get extra crosstown pay for flying out of the other bases as well. Note that only the narrow bodies fly out of DCA and BWI.

You get “doubletown pay” ($136.05 ) for any trip out of BWI. Nothing for DCA.
But it helps offset the hotel and dinner the night before your trip, as most BWI trips start EARLY!
