Arbitrators are afraid of doing things that result in employees in the streets with signs.
If that’s the case, the 35 RJs don’t do **** for the summer dilemma. Although, it seems like the airline is falling apart regardless. Last trip, I waited 20+ mins for ground crew each leg. 4 day trip, we weren’t ontime once due to ground crew staffing.
