Im thinking about a home purchase in the future as well, places like Croatia have come to mind. But of course, it’s just an idea at this point.
That being said, I love this country for the opportunities it has given my immigrant family. I was born here and will vote my conscience—it’s sad that it seems like it’s being destroyed rather quickly.
It’s not being destroyed as you say. That’s just an opinion, someone else may very well think it’s getting better. What is happening is the opinions of the majority are slowly changing. Just wait until the baby boomer generation mostly dies off and it’s all millennials and gen Z voting on everything…
This is all just a philosophical view of it and I’m not trying to argue whether what’s happening is right or wrong just my perception of what’s happening. The population is getting younger and young people tend to be more liberal.
