Has anyone had any luck securing a CJO prior to meeting ATP mins? I'm about to pass 1,300 and am wondering if I should start dropping applications, I should be at mins within the next 2.5 months. I know prior to covid it was standard to interview before reaching mins, but not sure what things look like since hiring has resumed.
