You might not understand how this works. Once a pilot enters the Aviate program and flies for a UAX carrier, they cannot apply as an off-the-street applicant. They're stuck in the Aviate pipeline waiting for their turn. That's fine most of the time, until recently when May interviewees were given July class dates. That was a slap in the face of those of us waiting forever-most of us who meet the requirements and are ready to go interviewed in 2019 and feel like we are being held back at UAX to help UAX staffing while UAL hires over 100 a month.
