not everyone that gets hired under 800/100 takes the RJ course. MANY in my class did not take the course with low time and some with those times did. I beleive it is assigned based on a combination of how well you did in the interview (HR, TECH, & SIM) and your times. It's not a garanteed job, but Eagle is hurting for pilots, they want you to finish training and they will help you all they can to see that it happens.
