10 -12 days off. They have the right to fly you into your days off. Max days off are 12 on reserve. They will also change you from am to pm or vice versa throughout your reserve month. Oh yeah, they have the right to do that too ! Without exaggeration, these are the worst “reserve” rules in the industry, bar none.....
