In regards to seat locks, I understand they are only for downgrading equipment and not for upgrading. What about for lateral movement? Say 737 to A320 or vise versa? Also, in regards to base assignment, I know you can transfer or wait for a vacancy bid. How often do vacancy bids normally happen?
Finally, any idea of what the average new hire age is? Would someone mid 30s expect to be on the young or middle of the pack?
