Since the CRJs are dead, and the scope permitted E175s are emission restricted past 2028, it makes a lot of sense to do this. You can grandfather in 150 new E175s at RAH/OO under the old emission standards, while you dissolve Endeavor, and avoid the shutdown costs, or the program costs of a new fleet type to keep Endeavor going. The CRJs would only operate at mainline for a year or two while they are being permanently parked, and replaced by new E175s at RAH/OO.
