I’m not on the hiring team but from my understanding it’s the 4 year degree they are looking for. If you have lots of leadership experience such as LCA work, management work with your union, or something in the military that would set you apart, that can SOMETIMES be enough to get you an interview without the 4 year.
Plus one on this in an early aviate phone call they told us you basically needed advanced leadership Director of Ops, safety, chief pilot etc.
