Sorry, reading back my post was unclear. Starting after 2028, you can't buy new, scope compliant, ERJ 175s. This does not mean the ones in current operation have to be parked. So when the CRJ's reach end of life, there are no replacement aircraft available that wouldn't require a scope concession. The company is in the situation of needing to replace aircraft before another reaches end of life.
