Actually, many of those slated to flow soon have failed the DL interview *three* times.
And if they are not the right fit, they’ll be weeded out during training or probation. Apparently there are a few pilots that are complaining about having to fill out an application prior to flowing. Hopefully the first 250 pilots do not leave a bad impression.
