Yeah, only reason to stay at a legacy is for the domicile that is your location of choice. You know, you actually WANT to live there and not forced. ANC, IND, MEM, OAK far from Garden spots or at the top of most folks list unless it’s your home town/have family is a logical guess. I would commute on purpose which is still well worth it, but that is just me…
