Let's say training gets assigned during the bid window, with a start date around mid-month or so. What's the best bidding strategy to maximize pay? My thinking is either reserve days or trips early in the month, so that you get paid for that plus training. But of course that also maximizes work. Thoughts?
I’m going to bet on low odds of training during the first 1/2 of August and bid all of my rotations during the end of the month. Hopefully, I’ll get bought off all of them.
