Let's say training gets assigned during the bid window, with a start date around mid-month or so. What's the best bidding strategy to maximize pay? My thinking is either reserve days or trips early in the month, so that you get paid for that plus training. But of course that also maximizes work. Thoughts?
Sorry, I just saw you asked about maximizing pay. I went with maximizing pay for time off. What was said earlier about filling up before your training begins will get you the most credit.
