I just got back from a trip where I had a new-hire F/O (October hire?). He seemed to be enjoying himself. He was flying a regular line, leaving on a Monday for a 48 hour layover in Venice (the one in Italy).
I don't think its that great at NJI. You would leave Monday for a 12 hour layover in Venice.
However, the NJI guy won't have to commute to and from work.
