I’m not certain of the lag time and data processes involved in excess death counts, but since excess death isn’t an issue of causality, I’m not sure it would be affected.
the OP asked for data about where all the deaths were. The answer is: right there in the excess death data. But if you have another suggestion on what suddenly caused a huge increase in total deaths in the US in 2020 and early 2021, I’m all ears
