Alaska Airlines has never and will never struggle to hire qualified pilots….Pilot hiring and pilot attrition will never move the CBA needle here. They may not get the volume of “box checkers” that they have been shooting their mouths off about…They never put their money where their mouth is. They will quietly fill the small number of vacancies required and go about their business. Don’t be so naive as to believe that we compete for pilots with real majors with real contracts. We don't and we wont.
