why do you think they were given the choice?... becuase their interview was good but not as good as some other applicants. And thats descided by the Captain Review Board.
I took an RJ class before I interviewed, and yes it is worth it. Why not have Eagle Pay for it? But you wont be offered the choice unless they determine that you could use it. They are not just going to waist money on someone that doesnt need it.
