DO YOUR HOMEWORK... The best thing is to get a copy of our current CBA and read it!!! Read it carefully and thoroughly then make a decision. I advocate not to waste your time applying here. I further disagree with people telling anyone to come here and get a type rating and then move on. Because, to assume you can move freely at anytime to go to your dream airline is not smart. Back grounds or not, contacts or not... it is stupid to assume you can get hire anywhere at anytime. Value your time and efforts to places that actually is a place that you can enjoy and have a good career.

My colleagues on this forum have made many warnings, they are not lies or nonfactual information. The cool-aid-drinkers never explicitly provided any valid information as to why come to alaska? They only made mindless comments about... if it is so bad... why don't you leave, or that it is all complaints? These type of comments means they have already lost any arguments as to why you should come here?

Again, if this is your childhood dream job, a yes-sir type of guy/gal, likes to work for free and work hard for your money, etc. Then, as many have stated, this is a place for you.
