They can’t build fatiguing individual rotations and fatiguing PBS lines of flying, overuse reserve pilots, fly vacation months like there was no vacation in them, pressure against sick calls and perpetually staff through green slips or otherwise be slaves to “network” (leaving no revenue dollar unturned)…without paying the Piper somewhere along the way. 2021 will be a lucky operational year of we get through it unscathed.
