Yet another is even if they do, if they still hire a similar amount of pilots from there, how would that hurt morale? Finally, even if DALPA loses and the company can deploy those 35 large RJ's, what certainty would there be that they go to EDV anyway and not SKYW/Republic/Mesa/etc?
The 35 RJs can go to any DCI carrier. We have a LOA that states Endeavor must have the best career progression to Delta. Even if Skywest or any regional received those
RJs AND a flow, Endeavor must be given better flow terms.
