I know one that is at Kalitta now. Upgraded in 2 years. He’s making more money and has more days off than if he had stayed. He’s very happy and probably more mentally stable than those of us that stay.
I have a neighbor at Kalitta, seems very happy to be gone from the regionals. We never discuss specifics but he certainly makes more than me but it’s not $100k more, as far as days off we haven’t spoken to much about it but I know he gets some really long stretches of time on and off. it’s really hard to complain considering I haven’t touched an Alaska plane since Sept and prior to that was last March.
