I will be going in for my logbook review soon. Do I need to be prepared for another mini HR style Why Spirit kinda questions or will they just go through the logbook & if they are happy give you the CJO?

They will just go through your logbook. I had mine tabbed for the Fed ride and line checks. Took about 5 min. Was offered a CJO on the spot. Then it’s off to fill out some paperwork, fingerprints, and a drug test. Wear a suit as others stated. Good luck!
