Not sure why we care how an employer chooses candidates. Manpower inc. or literally pulling people off the street and slapping a uniform on them, NOT OUR PROBLEM.
I know for me the character / humility / competence of the person I have to sit next to, locked in a box over a 20 hour 4-day, has a tangible impact on my Quality of Life for the duration of said trip.
