If the flow gets going again, that will create some attrition, and true that down the road, the number to flow is based on seniority list size, but flow isn’t the only attrition and in fact the numbers that ENY management use to sell the flow at ENY require at least 50% attrition outside of flow. People will leave whether or not there are new hires. If the company wants to attract people, make it an attractive company to work at.
