saw your post up there about your times and getting hired by a major. In your favor, AA has not had a turbine PIC requirement for a long time. In fact, I got hired here straight out of the right seat of a regional, 0 turbine PIC. Didn't even have an ATP (just got it last week when I finished 757/767 int'l training... after eight years!) So you definitely have a chance.

Regarding AA hiring, what OFD said is pretty darn accurate. I used to think early 2009 but now with age 65 it may be mid to late 2009, or even 2010. However, a LOT of our guys are bailing early... we lost 143 on Feb 1 alone, and rumored to be losing 50 on Mar 1. So things are going in the right direction.
