I take vacation every Jun, July, Aug, Nov, Dec, and Mar the same way.
Nope, you should get whatever vacation your seniority can get you. Not what your neighbors seniority can get. Some people aren't cool enough to live in the Gig, so would prefer the vacation to go by seniority.
