Nope, you should get whatever vacation your seniority can get you. Not what your neighbors seniority can get. Some people aren't cool enough to live in the Gig, so would prefer the vacation to go by seniority.
It goes by seniority. I got the best days I could hold. I also got days I knew people would like to trade me for. Then I made some trades…. What’s wrong with that?
Obviously, 35 days helps but once again that is seniority based, like you said, that is the fair way.
I am sure you try and adjust your monthly schedule, you just don’t say, “I can only fly the trips I was awarded, after all those were the trips awarded to me in seniority.” Nope you try and change any and all that would be a better deal for you in someway.
