The other guy should be monitoring not spinning, pushing, selecting and pressing as if you had 4 hands. It’s their job to verify what you are calling for is acceptable BEFORE he/she/etc. blindly overspeeds the flaps or misses you blowing through the LOC on a triple parallel VISUAL approach.
